Outing Class - Otoritas Jasa Keuangan

 


    Kegiatan pembelajaran di SMA Edu Global memiliki metode yang beragam, salah satunya ialah pelaksanaan Outing Class yang bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan baru dan inovasi yang dilakukan berkaitan dengan materi yang diajarkan. Outing Class yang sudah dilakukan salah satunya yaitu kunjungan ke Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK). Kunjungan ini diikuti oleh siswa kelas X jurusan IPS.

    Dengan mengusung tema "Kelas Literasi dan Inklusi Keuangan", Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) kembali menggelar program edukasi keuangan kepada kelompok pelajar untuk mendorong peningkatan literasi keuangan masyarakat Indonesia sesuai dengan Strategi Nasional Literasi Keuangan Indonesia. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah agar siswa atau pelajar di Indonesia bisa memahami lebih dalam terkait produk jasa keuangan untuk persiapan di masa yang akan datang.

    Selain itu, siswa juga diedukasi terkait materi terkait literasi keuangan, di antaranya pengenalan OJK, waspada investasi ilegal dan pinjaman online ilegal, pengenalan Industri Jasa Keuangan serta Produk dan Layanan Jasa Keuangan meliputi Tabungan SiMuda, Investasi di Pasar Modal, perencanaan keuangan, serta personal branding. OJK juga mengimbau siswa untuk senantiasa berhati-hati terhadap tidak mudah tergiur oleh berbagai gaya hidup yang tidak produktif, serta senantiasa waspada terhadap berbagai penawaran investasi ilegal, pinjaman online ilegal dan praktik judi online.
