Latihan Dasar Kepemimpinan Organisasi - Membangun Teamwork dan Solidaritas Student Government

 


    Beberapa waktu lalu, telah dilaksanakan Latihan Dasar Kepemimpinan Organisasi yang diikuti oleh seluruh anggota Student Government Periode 2023-2024. LDKO diawali dengan pemberian materi tentang Penyusunan Program Kerja dan Perancangan Proposal Kegiatan. Kegiatan ini dilakukan untuk memberikan pemahaman terkait administrasi organisasi, sehingga siswa bisa menyusun dan terbiasa untuk merancang sebuah proposal dan laporan yang akan sangat berguna dalam pengaplikasian di kehidupan sehari-hari, baik secara individu maupun kelompok.

    Selanjutnya, pelaksanaan LDKO berlanjut di Bumi Perkemahan Ipukan Kuningan sebagai bentuk implementasi dari apa saja yang telah didapat dan dibuat selama penyusunan program kerja dan juga tujuan yang ingin dicapai satu tahun kedepan. Pelaksanaan LDKO selama di Ipukan diantaranya melatih kekompakan, solidaritas, problem solving, sampai kreativitas di tiap-tiap bidangnya. Selain itu, LDKO juga menjadi momen mempererat kerja sama antar individu dan melatih skill komunikasi yang baik agar organisasi bisa berjalan sesuai dengan apa yang ingin dicapai.

Semoga Student Government Periode 2023-2024 bisa mengaplikasikan materi dan ilmu yang telah disampaikan sehingga dapat mewujudkan Student Government EGS yang lebih baik.
