Outing Class - EGS Goes to PD Surabraja Putra

    Beberapa hari yang lalu, kelas X dan XI SMA Edu Global mengunjungi PD Surabraja Putra, perusahaan industri makanan dan perdagangan, yaitu saos sambal dan bahan baku produksi makanan. Outing Class kali ini, siswa-siswi IPA dan IPS sama-sama mendapatkan banyak pembelajaran, seperti kimia, fisika, biologi, ekonomi, sosiologi, hingga kewirausahaan.

    Dalam kegiatan ini, siswa diajak melihat langsung proses pembuatan saus sambal dari mulai pengolahan bahan baku, pengemasan hingga pemasaran. Di areal pengolahan bahan baku, para siswa diajak melihat mengenai ubi yang baru diterima dari penyuplai yang tampak dimasukan ke alat khusus untul membersihkan tanah yang menempel di kulit ubi kemudian dicuci. Selanjutnya mereka pun diajak ke tempat pembersihan botol yang menggunakan mesin khusus untuk memastikan benar-benar steril, dan masuk ke areal pengemasan.

    Kami ucapkan terima kasih kepada PD Surabraja Putra yang telah menyambut dan memberikan kesempatan kepada siswa-siswi SMA Edu Global untuk mengeksplor dan melihat secara langsung bagaimana proses produksi saos sambal yang sudah sangat populer di kalangan masyarakat.
